" I never loved you " I saw the moment my words shattered her. Her entire body went limp and her eyes glazed over with tears. My words were cruel and heartless, I knew this. But I also knew that this was the only way to keep her safe. Now that my mother was dead, I was afraid that the only other person dear to me was Jade, and knowing that I wouldn't stop until I broke Zayn and his son until I got revenge for my mother, I didn't want to drag Jade into any trouble. If we continued being together now then her life would be in danger, Zayn might use her to get to me. I had already lost someone I cared about, I didn't want to lose Jade too. I might be strong now with the backing of my grandfather's heritage, but I knew Zayn had strong connections in the underground world as well
