A Chat With Mom. Emma, Jessica, Rockell.

Emma-

Well, it’s been 2 weeks since Tyler and I almost kissed. We started musical practice which has consumed our lives and Tyler and I really haven’t had much of a moment alone. The weekend was a no go because we had visitors the last two weekends. So my mom had me stay in. Tyler and I are not official but we have been messaging each other every night. He is f*****g amazing. It’s crazy how I went from not interested in dating yet to I’m ready to have your baby type feelings. Crazy right!? I shouldn’t be thinking this way, I’m basically still a kid but I’ll be 18 in a few days.

So we were messaging back and forth last night and the conversation got a little hot. He told me he wants to kiss my lips so bad and just squeeze me. All he can think about is us.

There’s a party at Mark DiMaio’s house tomorrow, we’re gonna go as a group, me, Tyler, Nick, my cousin, Steph, Draven is playing guitar at the party and this other guy Steve.

I can’t wait!

Jessica (Emma’s mom) -

“Emma, honey, your sister is coming to visit this weekend. I think she should go to this party with you”.

Emma-

“Really mom!? She’s such a killjoy, if she comes she will be on me like a vulture on roadkill! I just want a night out with friends. I didn’t get to do anything the last two weekends and the musical has consumed us and we just need a night to hang out. I really like it here. I’m glad we came. I love you mom”. (Hugs mom)

Jessica-

“Love you too, and yes I am too, I have a date tomorrow night! I understand if you don’t agree, I can cancel it. It’s with an old highschool flame. He’s has it rough since his wife died. We ran into each other at the grocery store yesterday and started talking and he asked me to dinner. So I guess it’s just dinner and not and actual date (biting her lip).

Emma-

“That’s awesome mom! No it’s ok! We came here to move forwards. If you think you’re ready then yes go have fun. I miss dad too but putting your life on hold isn’t healthy mom. You haven’t had fun in a long time. Go! But please don’t let sis come to the party. Can’t she hang out Regina or with Sasha?”(Rockell’s big sister). They haven’t seen each other in years and I’m sure they will have something in common. Plus she’s more her age and they can go to the coffee shop or something. I hear there’s a live band playing and it’s her genre.

Jessica-

“Oh I suppose, but promise me Sunday is all about your sister. Ok? Lunch, maybe get some pedicures , either way we haven’t seen her in a few months and it would be nice for the 4 of us to have girls night. I love you

Emma-

“Deal! Love you too, goodnight mom”

I immediately messaged Rockell to tell her! So am old flame, I wonder who it is, she never talked much about her past here, friends and such. Her and my aunt were always close since they are twins.

Rockell messaged back jokingly, wouldn’t it be f****d up if the flame was Tyler’s dad!?

Why would she say that? Does she know something? Or is it just because my mom said this dude lost his wife too? That would be some real fuckery though if my mom rekindles with the love of my life’s dad!

Ok yea I just said that. I feel like I love him, we still didn’t get that first kiss in though, heck we are not even official. But that’s gonna change tomorrow at the party!
