Calliope's POV
The last week Nick and I have been given a crash course in learning to run a kingdom. Nick spent a lot of his time outside training and sparring with Quill and Vine. He seemed to have developed a friendship with my general, which I was glad for. I wish I could spend more time outside learning about combat, but I can barely walk as of now.
My belly is huge, and from what the healer Aura said, my daughter would be huge. It worried me that I would not be able to give birth naturally. But she and my mother assured me that I would be fine. My mother has been sticking close to me. I asked her to help me, and of course, she accepted. She packed a bag for me to take into the woods when it is time.
