"Angel," I said as I held my mate tight and kissed her repeatedly. I swung her around and swore she felt heavier to me. I stopped and kept kissing her while we both cried. Then someone cleared their throat and ruined the moment. I gently lowered Calliope to the ground, and she was still looking up at me. Her green eyes glistened with tears. I ran my hand down her tear-soaked cheek. "I missed you so much."
