Presidential Suite. I pushed open the door and saw a tall, straight figure standing by the floor-to-ceiling window. The warm winter sunlight from behind cast a golden halo around him, as though he were gilded in light. “Jeseni!” I exclaimed with joy. I quickly walked over, not even noticing that Wendy hadn’t followed me and had instead kindly closed the door, standing like a statue in the hallway.
