Arie was nervous as she approached the meeting with the former bank employee. The former bank employee was a timid man, and it was clear that he was afraid of speaking out. However, he agreed to meet with Arie after being convinced of the importance of his information. He told Arie about the inner workings of the bank and how the corrupt politicians had been using it to launder their ill-gotten gains. Arie listened intently, taking detailed notes of everything the man told her.
