For a while, neither Stephanie nor I said anything. This wasn’t the plan that Brayden and I agreed on but he was right. It would be much easier to just move the two girls to the estate.
We could ensure their safety that way and always have an eye on them. Sure, we’d probably have to call someone over to baby-proof the estate so that Claire would be safe, but it would be worth it.
“There’s more than enough room for you two.” Brayden continued. “It’s safer and cleaner. You’d have everything you need: privacy, food, medical care… Just name it and it’s yours.”
