I stayed quiet and blushing until we got back to the hotel. In the elevator, I couldn’t look at Lennox’s friends. When Enzo noticed that I was embarrassed, he said he was just kidding. That didn’t lessen my embarrassment at all—it only made my cheeks turn redder.
“Don’t be embarrassed, it’s okay,” Lennox said as soon as we entered his room.
He followed me when I went into his walk-in closet to change into my swimwear. I stayed quiet, still shy about forgetting that his friends were around earlier.
