Of course, he went back to his room and is probably working his ass off right now!” Al replied sarcastically, as if his friend had never done anything in his life except work. Roiland shook his head and glanced at me. I had a feeling he already knew something—probably something Addisson told him. They’re married, after all. She surely talked to him about it the moment she saw me. He’s one of the few people who know what happened years ago. She’s lucky to have found a man like him despite her past. Even though Lennox was one of the men she slept with, Roiland accepted her and trusted her completely. If it were another man, I’m sure he would’ve already cut all ties with Lennox.
