After calming him down we talked about how he should consider seeing a therapist and doing more work for himself. I love and care for him but he needs to look out for his mental health or else he will keep having these spirals. Everything is getting a bit harder and weird for him but I understand that sometimes life can get like this if you haven’t put in the effort to be better for yourself. I am one to talk but with everything that I have experienced, I can finally say I can attest to that.
