Chapter 13Theo placed the wood on the small kitchen table next to the sleeves of herbs that Charles had helped him with. The rosemary and garlic didn’t surprise him. Neither did the garden sage. Those were basic herbs used for protection and cleansings. He hadn’t expected the cinnamon nor the vervain. After Charles’ explanation, Theo understood why he’d give them to him, especially the vervain since one of its uses was reparation of fragmentation.
