We never believed in any of them. To us, they were myths, fictions and folktales told all over the city to scare little children: Vampires, Werewolves, Witches, Ghosts, and most of them all were the Sacred Saints. The Vampires who hunted beneath the cover of night. The Werewolves whose howls awakened fear in the hearts of men. The Witches who commanded ancient forces beyond human understanding. The Ghosts who wandered between the world of the living and the dead. The Demons who thrived in darkness and corruption. The Fae, beautiful creatures whose smiles hid dangerous intentions. And above them all... The ones even monsters feared. The Sacred Saints. 'A very long time ago, many centuries ago, there lived a secret group of people who called themselves The Saints. They dressed like the catholic priests, fit theirselves in white robes, but deep down they were the worst among the living, holding unimaginable evil in their hearts. Legends say they possess a very dark spirit within them, powers enough to wipe out an entire village at once. They were not witches or wizards or warlocks, but something far worse. Fearing what they had become, the very people they once lived among rose against them. The Saints were banished from the village, condemned to wander away into the woods. A decade passed, but still people of the village say they are haunted deeply now and then in their dreams; it was a way of the Sacred Saints punishing them. But now they no longer exist. That's what we hope. The world believed the Sacred Saints had vanished forever. But legends have a way of returning...
