CHAPTER EIGHT
The man’s hand slowly reached for the trigger. Suddenly a fish jumped out of the water and flipped up and down, side to side gasping for air. That distracted the man who fired a shot, anyway, missing the reindeer. The noise startled the reindeer. Instantly it ran for its life and disappeared into the surrounding woods. The man looked at the fish and smiled. He picked up the slashing blade and stabbed the fish lifting it up before walking to the fire. He sat down. Another fish jumped out of the water and flipped up and down. Somehow before the man picked it up, the fish found its way back into the water. The man had already stood up. He looked down only to find that the fish had already gone. He found it funny that he laughed and sat back down.
