Waste, such as you and your ‘partner,’ can always be found in Paradise City.” A more than usual disheveled Pel awkwardly pushed himself up to a sitting position on his pallet as red, glassy eyes stared up at Deyja. How did he find me? Chev will be angry, Pel thought. A cough several meters away in the dark alerted him to his friend’s return.
