CHAPTER 10-TWIST

Asha's P.O.V

I sent video recording to Aaron which was taken in the mall to show as proof that how much has changed her behavior. Still somewhat confused, I knew behind such behaviour of Thara there was a good reason. After hours sitting on the sofa in the living room, I didn't see the time; it was now 8:30 p.m., and my stomach started growling, feeling hungry. There is no food nor servants at home right now to cook for us. While I was leaving in the morning, I informed them that we would be eating our dinner outside. But, because of today’s shopping incident we couldn’t complete our day peacefully.

My parents and her parents both went on a business trip, so myself and Thara, staying at her house, told the servants we would have food outside so they didn't have to cook any and told them to go home. So, I decided to get the food from outside and get my and Thara's favourite foods from Thara's favourite spot, where we regularly taste the food and hang out. After ordering and getting the food I called up for Thara.

Thara, come over here. I have bought a lot of your favourite foods, and they are from your favourite hotel. I called her name from the living room, almost like yelling and to talk to her about the plans we have already made for the world tour and for what reason we went shopping today.

We planned the world tour for a long time; for a tour visit, we were three individuals alone (I, Aaron, and Thara) for three months’ vacation. Diya-Pranav is busy with their family business, and the marriage proposal is coming soon, and we are going to miss her engagement along with those funs but not the marriage.

Thara is a foodie when she is upset; her stress-relieving habit is to eat a lot of her favourite foods. Döner kebab, schnitzel (breaded cutlet), finger chips, vegetable sausage meat (pork knuckle), Schweinshaxe, Rinderroulade (beef roll), black forest cake with lemon juice, and an Indian pastry.

I reached her room and knocked twice, but there was still no response. I couldn't hear or sense Thara's presence at home nor in her room. I couldn't be silent anymore and knocked continuously, but there was still no reply. I got panicked and started to yell, "Thara, if you don't open the door, I'm going to break the door of your bedroom." There are still no sounds. I quickly took the silvered metal flower vase from the room side and repeatedly knocked on the door handle with all my might; on the third attempt, the handle broke. I pushed the door open with all my force, and there was a lifeless body floating in mid-air inside a golden-rayed ball-like structure above her bed.

Her body was floating above the bed; with my shaky hands, I called Aaron number no reply and video called but still no response. So, I switched on the video button on my mobile and took a video of the scene. But what surprised me was the presence I could sense and feel at my back that was not ours, as if someone were present apart from both of us (Asha and Thara). The mysterious golden rays of energy that cover Thara's body enlarge each time radiating more heat, when I try to go nearer her to pull her to my side.

I suddenly received a large flash of yellow beam that appeared in front of me near Thara's bed as if it were a ball-like structure like a golden one, pulled me and Thara's bodies inside the yellow beam, and sent us both out of the room; in fact, still we were both inside the yellow rayed ball. One second later, I heard ambulance sounds and Aaron entered the house by slamming the door entrance. Actually, when I switched on the video camera Aaron called me back with a video call, and I accepted the call, so he watched and heard exactly what happened till he reached here with the ambulance.

When Aaron reached near the yellow beam and touched it, simultaneously, it disappeared. There was no harm done to us. Aaron and I took hold of Thara’s body from the floor which was lifeless and placed her on the stretcher; Aaron went with her in the ambulance, and I was left behind alone to go in the car. When I turned around, there was the same young lady staring at me with a seriousness, and as she got closer, she vanished upon my body. Still, I heard something from the young lady before she disappears. She told me that the one who came now is not Aaron and told me to hurry, go with them, and don't let Thara's body get any harm, follow them, and that she would send Aaron to guard us both.

Without any little I accelerated my car to it's fullest and followed them.
