SOPHIA'S POV

As I was getting ready to start the morning, I stepped out of my room an was hit with the most amazing smell of Lavender and Pine.

MATE!! MATE!! My wolf screamed in my head. I followed the sent all the up the stairs and stopped in front of Mason's. No no no! He can't be my mate. The Moon Goddess must be playing a crewl joke on me to have mated me with this fool. I was about to knock when the door suddenly opened. There he was standing in front of me with a smirk on his face.

MASON'S POV

My wolf has been restless all night. I couldn't even get a good night's sleep because he kept telling me to go Sophia. I didn't understand why. I finally gave up an decided to just lay here awake. I don't know how long I laid there, but I was soon hit with the delicious smell of cinnamon and chocolate.

MATE! Ash growled in my head.

I get out of bed and open my door. Standing here in front of me is Sophia. A smirk formed on my face. "You knew"? She asked. Yes I stated. I grabbed her and pulled her in my room harshly, slamming and locking the door behind me. We can't be mates, your the pack slave!! Your nothing but filth. SOPHIA'S POV

I'm standing here staring at Mason smirking at me. You knew I asked. "Yes", hw said. Before I can register it, he grabbed me by my arm and pulled me hard into his room. He slammed and locked the door behind us. " We can't be mates your the pack slave your filth" he stated. He said his formal rejection and although it should have hurt me, it didn't. I didn't feel a thing. Now it was my turn to smirk. I am so glad you rejected me Mason. I cannot stand you. I would never want to be mated to someone like you, nor would I ever want to be Luna to this Pathetic pack. You all have abused me and treated me like dirt for years. I am so glad that I am able to do this. I Sophia Jackson Daughter of Berry Jackson and heir to the Cresent Moon Pack, Accept Your rejection. Mason fell to his knees an screamed in pain. With that I left out his room an headed to mine. Lila whimpered in my head. I know Lila, but we couldn't be mated to someone like him. Him and this pack have abused me an done so many horrible things to me. There was no way i could forgive him. Lila stayed silent. I will be okay and in a few days I'll be able to get out of here so we can start a better life.

MASON'S POV

I was currently on the floor in Mt room in agonizing pain. I can't believe it. She's an Alpha by blood. She hid her identity from all of us for this long. Why wasn't she in as much pain as I was?

Because our mate is not weak like you think she is! Ash snapped in my head. He was right. She wasn't weak. I made a mistake rejecting her. I have to get her back.. Finally the pain subsided a little an u was able to get up. I have to get ready for the Alpha meeting that is taking place today so Sophia is going to have to wait.
