Logan's POV*
Seeing Euphoria in pain made my heart bleed, even though I wasn't ready for her to be my mate, it was for her own good. But I couldn't bear to see her in pain. I kept hitting my fist against the rock, it was the only punishment I could give to myself, and it could help reduce the pain I was feeling in my heart.
"You should calm down Logan! Hurting yourself won't change the situation now" Vince comforted me, but it wasn't enough.
"If I wasn't there on time, I wonder what that rogue would have done to her, and you expect me to forgive myself?" I asked. My eyes were bloodshot. If I was the old Logan I used to be, I would be out there now, Killing rogues.
