LALISA

Daebak! I finally finished the choreography!

I walked towards the boombox and grabbed the water bottle beside it. Dancing is really a great cardio--especially during mornings.

"Lalisaaaa~!" Rosé's beautiful voice echoed. "Where you at?"

"Backyard~" As I wiped of my sweat, Rosé walked towards her with a cute paperbag on her hand.  "What's up?"

"Well, I just came to say thank you for saving me the other day--"

"I doubt standing in for you is actually saving--"

"But you did!" she exclaimed. "Daddy would've killed me if I didn't go to his stupid dinner. And I would've died if I failed to go to that audition."

"Does it mean I can dye my hair back to blonde now?" I currently have orange hair right now 'coz I auditioned in Rosé's place for that musical play she's been dying to join. I kinda can imitate her voice at times. Good thing they allowed me to wear that face mask.

"Yea. Orange hair is my signature look. You look way better with blonde hair." She winked.

"So when will you be moving in? Jennie and Jisoo are coming in this afternoon."

"Maybe tomorrow," she answered. "I still haven't packed half my stuff..."

I raised my eyebrow as I saw half of her stuff already in the porch being taken care of her butler.

Rosé--or Park Chaeyoung, is a chaebol. But unlike other heiresses, she actually owns a heart of gold. Not only that, she's pretty amazing 90% of the time--10% though is her being clueless about certain things. No one is as pure as my bae.

"Uh, babe, I think you forgot you house..."

"Ya! Stop being judgy~"

I shrugged.

Chae and I met in highschool. We're total opposites but we surprisingly clicked. She liked sandals and stilettos while I loved my Timberlands and sneakers. She's into tea parties while I like clubbing. She very timid while I start trouble. We kinda balance each other most of the times but during special occasions, we rule the night.

"Ya, have you heard? The University Ambassadors live right next to us! Omo~ Shall we bake them some strawberry shortcake?" I can literally see hearts and rainbows come out of Rosé. I just smiled.

"Yea, oppa* was the one who told me that this place was vacant."

"Oppa?" She looked adorable with her eyebrows all furrowed. My bae is such a cutie. "Ya~ Lalisa! Did you get a boyfriend without even telling me?! Traitor!"

I laughed at her reaction. From shooting hearts and rainbows, it suddenly became daggers. "Oppa can be older brother too, you know."

"But you gots no older brother!"

I just shrugged.

"I'm calling our eonnis!" Pouting, Rosé took her phone out and tapoed it like there's not tomorrow.

"Yeoboseyo?"

"Eonni! Lalisa has a boyfrieeeeend!"

"Ya! I do not!"

"Yes you do! You said 'oppa'~"

"Oppa can mean big brother, Chae," Jennie said on the other line. It was on speaker phone.

"But she has no big brother!"

"Lalisa, stop teasing Chae. Tell her about Jin. I still got class so stfu and don't bother me again."

The call ended. I grinned at Rosé who was now pouting.

"Jin," I said. "Seokjin oppa told me that this place was available so I told you guys. So here we are now."

"What's your relationship with Seokjin?" Again, Rosé looked like she was about to murder someone. I laughed out loudly. "Ya~ Is he your boyfriend?! I demand to interrogate--I mean, meet, him now!"

"Chill yo t**s, Chaeyoung!" I said while laughing. "Seokjin oppa is my cousin."

"Wo?! Daebak!" And just like that, my bestfriend turned from a murderer to a disney princess in a split second. "Let's make him cake now! If he didn't recommend this place, we wouldn't have been roomies. I'll buy!"

She grabbed my hand and dragged me with her.

"I'm going to make one of those cuties my boyfriend and I'm sure as hell it will be Park Jimin!"

Right. She's hopelessly in love with Park Jimin since she was a kid.

"Daebak. Chaengi is such a stalker."

"You got that right~"  Then she winked.

Omo. Totes adorbs!

Holy sh*t I'm effin' late!  If Rosé didn't force her into buying those sweets she wouldn't have forgotten her class in the afternoon. It was a good thing Jisoo eonni called to remind me.  She's like a mother sometimes. Though when she enters the 4th Dimension, she turns into a five-year old.

I'm a first year Med student but I'm only twenty. I kinda got accelerated so I was able to finish my degree in Medical Technology earlier than expected. Now, I'm focusing on internal medicine while Seokjin, my cousin, is in Pediatrics.

What's the use of these effin' long legs if I can't reach my destination faster? Jeez.

As I ran towards the front gate of the Medical Department, I simultaneously wore my coat, tied my hair in a pony and put on my surgical mask. Yea, I multi-task well. Then the bell rang, students hurriedly made way towards their classes. As I too, picked up the pace, someone seemed to have bumped my shoulder hard that made me lose my balance. But before I could react, I felt an arm wrapped around my waist helping me avoid the fall.

"Thank--" The guy immediately left. "Ya! Ajussi~"

Still, the guy hurriedly walked away. All I can recall was that he wore a black cap and Timberland shoes. Heol. I also have Timberlands in the same color. We totally match.

"Ya Lisa!" I jolted as I heard someone call. It was Seulgi eonnie. She's a freshman too but she's older than me. Her major is Obstetrics. "Quit spacing out! The professor is about to come!"

"Ne, eonni!" I ran towards her and we both got in the room just in time.
