Lily stirs from sleep, feeling the churn of nausea in her stomach. She sits up slowly, the room spinning slightly as she does so. Her hand instinctively goes to her swollen belly, where her three babies are growing. The sun has just begun to rise, casting a soft golden glow through the bedroom window.
