Mira's coffee cup slipped from her hand, shattering on the kitchen floor. "What?"
"Elder Thorne filed evidence that you're cohabiting with Councilman Silverstone while still legally married. Photos of you entering his apartment building. Testimony from pack members about you 'abandoning your marital home' before the divorce was final." Patricia's anger was palpable. "The judge called it 'conduct unbecoming of a former Luna' and ordered a sixty-day delay while they investigate whether your living situation constitutes adultery under pack law."
