Chapter 7: The Twins and Mishaps

Astoria was completely on edge the more they walked deeper into the maze, Creatures would appear randomly to scare them from beyond the mirror and it felt as if no matter where they turned they were no closer to finding the exit. After a few more minutes of walking and some random more scares they came upon a small opening. The room was circular and small and like everything else, covered in mirrors. The girls walked more toward the center of the room when suddenly the lights went off and Astoria was ripped from Gabby and thrown to the floor as the other girl let out a scream before going quiet. Psychotic giggles seemed to come from all corners of the room before the lights came back on and two figures seemed to emerge from nowhere. Astoria was not sure of the gender, not completely. They looked male but were very feminine as well, but she could not care about that at the moment because her beloved best friend was laying on the other side unconscious and bleeding from her head.

“GABBY!” Astoria cried out as she crawled over to the other girl and cradled her gently.

She looked up and glared as the two weirdos stepped closer.

“Aww don't look so sad pretty! we’re just playing! We just don't want your cute little friend there to interfere as we taste you” one laughed as they twirled around.

“Yes pretty pretty, we only want to have a taste of that sweet smelling blood of yours ....and then a taste of that ripe peach between those lush thighs.” the other smiled lecherously

Astoria made a small whimper as she clutched Gabby closer to her.

“fools I would never let you!” she hissed out before deciding to finally break the one promise to her mother. The one promise that helped keep her other self hidden.

Astoria’s eyes began to glow a bright gold as she parted lush pink lips and began to sing.

“ Come here child, O come to me

listen to my voice…”

Suddenly large pale hands reached out, one clasping over the singing girl's mouth, the other gripping her throat, silencing her and knocking her unconscious simultaneously. Orpheus let the girl down gently with her friend, his eyes narrowed with anger, as he cupped her chin between his thumb and index finger, still looking into her face he spoke in a deep velveted voice that boiled with anger

“ You were to keep them distracted and entertained, you've gone way too far” rising, he approached them in a few smooth strides, grabbing them both by their necks and banging them both together by their skulls.

” Maybe that'll knock some sense into you, she is mine” releasing them, he turned away in deep thought, before moving to pick up Astoria in his arms.

“ It's time to unveil some much anticipated plans “ He looked down into Astoria’s face, his eyes glowing with desire and twisted loathing, as the twins rushed to pick up the other friend, they rushed to follow behind the master, looking down in embarrassment.

“erm…master…you always share…we did not think you would mind” Scythe spoke quietly as they adjusted the other girl slung over their shoulder.

“yes yes…you always share!” the other, Blade, whined as they twirled around their twin and master before looking at the girl being carried in their master's arms with barely veiled desire. “ Master….she smells absolutely divine and you can practically taste her innocence” they drooled a bit before giving their master a confused stare. “You always let us break them in for you! why not her!?” Blade pouted.

“FOOLS, she almost had you BOTH enslaved “ a deep pained sigh escaped his lips before he ran his fingers through her hair,

“ This siren is special to us and our plans , Now the other…” glancing back at the girls friend,

“ You may be able to play with her if this one misbehaves, “ his thick veined hand gripped and dug into the skin of her behind, almost ripping through the clothing with elongated nails that could only belong to a vampire.

Orpheus smirked showing a fang as a tongue slid over it, closing his eyes to breathe in the sweet divine scent, and purest of energies, his eyes rolled back in bliss before turning red again and narrowing.

“ Back to this…” they continued walking down a dark corridor, approaching two large double wooden doors.
