"Of course," Julian replied. "It's a ranking of the world's wealthiest billionaires, people worth tens or even hundreds of billions."
"Exactly," Mike said. "Well, the Dragon and Tiger Rankings are similar in concept. But instead of featuring the super-wealthy, these lists rank martial arts experts."
