Julian spoke lightly, "Mr. Gray, what did you say? I don't quite understand."
Weston forced a smile that didn't reach his eyes. "Julian, stop pretending to be clueless. As a doctor, how dare you strike a patient? This is a serious breach of medical ethics and hospital regulations. Effective immediately, you're fired!"
Weston sneered. "You've lost your medical license, so get out!"
Firing Julian was just the first step. Next, he planned to use Nicolas to bring Julian down.
Julian had crippled Jonathan, and Weston was determined to exact his revenge.
He had once worried that targeting Julian might provoke Mike, but now he felt no fear. Even if Mike came to Julian's aid, Weston could easily shift the blame onto Nicolas.
He wasn't concerned about Mike causing trouble for Nicolas.
