Lord Sirius laughed heartily and said, "Julian, are you scared?"
Julian replied stubbornly, "No."
Lord Sirius laughed even louder. "Mike wasn't lying to you. In the past, anyone who rejected me ended up being thrown into the sea to feed the sharks. But among those people, not a single one was a doctor."
Julian suddenly felt like he might be walking into a trap.
Lord Sirius continued, "The people I've killed all deserved it. Doctors save lives. I've always respected them."
"Mr. Hernandez, to be honest, I don't know much about your condition. I can't guarantee I'll be able to cure you," Julian admitted truthfully.
Lord Sirius smiled and said, "Julian, if you give it your all and still can't cure me, I won't blame you. It would just mean my time is up, and I have to leave this world."
