°Amy’s POV° I didn’t sleep much the night after thinking about Jeremy’s little “defense” in front of the whole school. If you could even call it defending me. Yes, he’d told them I was his girlfriend. But I wasn’t, not anymore. And even if my heart still stuttered when I thought about him, the video was burned into my head like a bad scar I couldn’t get rid of. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw it again.
