Vea “Amour, your mom. She’s unconscious again.”  These words echoed in my mind. It was like everything around me had stopped moving. I was just dissociating and thinking of all the things that could happen to my mother. What if she dies? What if she forgets me all of a sudden? What if she wakes up to be another person? What if she remembers everything besides me? What if– “Vea.” Rafi tapped me. I suddenly stopped thinking about all of the odds.  “Amour, please. Come with me.” My father asked. I just nodded.  “I will wait for you, Vea. Call me if you need me.” Rafi said.
