Chapter Ten Dome Guard lurked in the early morning shadows as I made my way through Bloom Dome the next morning. Curfew was over. I was allowed to be out of my housing unit and was supposed to be going down to the vehicle bay for training, but it still felt like they were going to pounce on me at any second. I ignored the ache in my leg, walking with my chin up, trying to look like I was filled with purpose instead of fear.
