I held Suzy on my arms, unable to believe that we had a relationship before. I mean, she does make my heart race and her every smiled, it's makes me so happy but I never thought that we might have a relationship. But, if we really had a relationship before, why was she so scared totell me about it? Did I ever hurt her? And if I really love Suzy then how did Lisa claimed to be my girlfriend? And why didn't Venis informed me about this? Who shouldI even trust?
I suddenly felt Suzy leaning more towards me as I looked at her and realized that she was unconscious. A sudden worry formed in my mind.
"Suzy!" I said as I shaked her but she was still unconscious. "Suzy! Please! Wake up," I said.
Suzy was still unconscious.
"Mommy!" I heard the little girl said as she got out of the washroom and rushed to Suzy. She hopped on the bed and shaked Suzy. "Mommy! Mommy, wake up!" She said as she started to sob. "What happened to you, mommy?"
I didn't know how to handle a sobbing little girl and Suzy was unconscious which was making me more worried. I quickly grabbed a phone and phoned the doctor.
After an hour . . .
"She is okay," I heard the doctor said.
A while ago, I laid Suzy on the bed and the doctor went to our room and started to examine Suzy.
"When will mommy wake up?" Ari asked.
"She is only unconscious. It seams like she is weak. When did she ate her previous meal?" The doctor asked.
"Mommy usually eat breakfast but not lunch . . ."
"But Suzy did went to search for you, Ari, around noon so that means that she didn't even had her lunch and not dinner," I said.
"That is very bad. She need to eat properly. She did lost a lot of blood because of her cuts on her feet and she does seamed stressed," the doctor said. "She need to eat properly. Her glucose is low. When she wake up, please feed her something and she should be fine."
"Thank you, doctor," I said.
The doctor smiled as he got out of the room.
Ari smiled as she looked at Suzy and hugged her. "Mommy, you will be okay."
I looked at Suzy and I felt much better knowing that she was going to be okay. I was still confused. How can I understand who is telling the truth? Suzy or Lisa? Who should I trust? Or should I trust Venis?
"Hey Mr!" Ari said. "What happened? Why did you spaced out?"
I sighed as I sat on the bed and made Ari seat next to me. "Nothing baby. I was think about something."
"What is it?" Ari asked me.
"Well, I am wondering who should I trust. You know, I have 3 people who are saying different things but I really don't know who to trust. Can you help me?"I asked her, knowing she will be confused too and wouldn't ask any more questions about it but what she answered was more than what I thought.
"You know, Mr? My mommy always says that human makes decision by listening to the brain or heart. Brain supports the logical things and heart supports the emotional things. Mommy said that when we trust a person we need to listen to our heart and brain. Most of the time heart and brain says different things but when your heart and brain both will say the same things then you know that is what you should do," Ari said.
I looked at Ari and smiled. "You are very smart girl."
Ari laughed as she hugged me. For some reason her hugged made me feel so much warmth. It felt like as if she is my own daughter. I found myself hugging her back.
"Mr, can you feed my mommy while I pretend to sleep?" She said.
"Pretend to sleep?"
"Yeah," she leaned closer to me on me ear. "Mommy will be angry if she see that I am not in bed. I don't want mommy to be angry at me. I love mommy so much. Please take care of my mom my for me."
I smiled at I looked at her. "Of course, sweetheart. I will take care of your mommy."
"Promiss?" She asked as she held her pinky.
I smiled as I tangled my pinky with her. "Promiss."
"Thank you!" Ari laughed as she again hugged me and ran to her little bed and she hopped on the bed and put blanket on her and tried to get some sleep.
I looked at Suzy and went near her. I tangled my fingers with her as I remeber what Ari said. I touched my chest and realized that my head and my heart wanted one thing and that was Suzy. I guess I have to trust Suzy, in this case.
I smiled as I leaned closer to her and slowly pressed my lips on her forehead. "I am sorry, Suzy. I might not remember my past and I might hurt you a lot but . . . I will to fix this for you. For us. I promiss, Suzy, if you are telling the truth . . . If we were really a couple . . . Then, I promiss to whip out all the pain that I cause you on your heart and again make you fall in love with me. You were mine and you are still mine and you will always be mine, Suzy."
