“It seems as if the wife of a policeman was accosted as she left work for lunch,” said the reporter. From what I understand, the carjacker approached the victim as she started to open her car door. She sprayed him with pepper spray and kneed him in the groin. When he was down on the ground moaning, she proceeded to call 911 and was sent help. The officers responded at once to the scene and now have the carjacker in custody on his way to get medical treatment.”
