"Mommy?" My eyes opened and were staring straight into two bright little green bulbs. "Good morning, baby!" "I'm hungry, can we have some pancakes?" Bas asked. "Sure," I muttered as I quietly climbed out of Harry's large bed. I noticed his side was empty. I encouraged Bas to potty and turned the TV on for him. Then I used the bathroom and freshened up a bit. I looked at the clock on the stove - 8am. ________ After we finished our breakfast, I cleaned up the kitchen and joined Bas on the couch to watch some cartoons. "How are you feeling? Want to go back to see Daddy today?" I asked him carefully. "Yeah, I miss daddy and Lennon," he told me.
