Chapter 20
Geoffrey glanced at his watch as he headed into Dexington House. He had about fifteen minutes left till he had to meet Emily. He’d managed to get home in record time and take a much-needed shower after his short stint with the toilets. This was one meeting he couldn’t afford to be late for—something told him she would not wait for him beyond that, and he had to speak with her. But first he needed to drop off a package for Phillip Dexington.
Geoffrey entered the mansion, made his way to Phillip’s office, and knocked on the door.
“Come in,” a voice answered from within. Geoffrey turned the knob and entered. Phillip was examining some papers at his desk and looked up. “Hey, Geoffrey. What’s going on?”
