Chapter 2: Crow

*KRRRNGGGG*

I groan as I heard my alarm going crazy beside my bed. I moved my arm and reached for the alarm clock and pressed the stop button.

Another school day....

I opened my eyes and instantly became grumpy as I look at my bedroom, my clothes are on the floor and there's even a little trash on the floor too.

I heard a knock on my door so I rose from my bed and walk towards the door to open it.

"Go get ready for school now." my dad says and I just nodded and closed the door.

I went towards my closet and took my university uniform, it's has a short blue skirt while the top of the uniform has a white sleeves with blue long tie on the neck. I grabbed a long black socks and my school heels.

I put it all on my bedside table and went to the bathroom and filled the bathtub, as I was waiting for it to get full I searched my bed for my phone because I fell asleep last night holding it reading stories.

I grabbed my phone in the foot level of the bed and opened it. I looked at the time and it's still 6am and the school starts at 8am so I still have time to mess around and be lazy.

I opened my messages and messaged Eliana and I played with my phone and after waiting for minutes the bathtub is finally filled with water so I dropped a black bath bomb and waited for it to fully melt in the water.

I removed all my clothes and put it in the sink and I submerged myself to the water and closed my eyes.

I slowly open my eyes when I suddenly felt a hug in my waist and my eyes widen when I found myself in a dark water getting pulled by something holding me in my waist.

oh no...water...ocean...

I look behind me and see nothing so I look up and saw the light disappearing as I feel like I'm getting pulled deeper in the dark water.

My panic started going up and I realized that I can't breathe so I wiggle my body trying to get off the hold by something but it didn't work and my panicking only made me faint and my fear of ocean kicking in.

I slowly close my eyes but then the hold in my waist disappeared so I opened my eyes and there I see a glowing red eyes staring at me.

I close my eyes feeling like my breath is finally taken away when I suddenly felt like I got kicked up.

I immediately opened my eyes and I was back in my bathtub and I felt a hand in my armpits so I look beside me and saw my maid.

"what...what happened?" I asked with a soft weak voice and sat on the bathtub.

"ma'am your dad made me go here because he said you weren't responding for 1 hour and I found you in the bathtub with your head fully submerged on the water you must've been sleeping, How are you feeling ma'am? do you want us to call your dad?" I close my eyes and didn't say anything to her.

"what time is it?" I asked and looked at her.

"it's 9:30am ma'am you're late for school."

"you can go now I'm fine." I watched the maid leave my bathroom and when she closed the door I quickly stood up and drained the bathtub while looking at the black water.

I look at my hands still shaking and my heart beating faster, I'm scared of deep ocean.

what was that thing holding me and pulling me deeper in the dark ocean? why is it's eyes glowing...

those questions had been stuck in my head for a minute while I just sit here in my bed while hugging my legs fully naked.

I rose from my bed and wore a really short red dress and matched it with my louboutin heels.

I need to get it off my mind...

I opened my messages and my face expressed a bored look when I see a bunch of missed calls from Eliana so I opened our chats and she sent me a bunch of messages asking why I'm absent for school.

I sent a message to her saying that something happened when I was showering and after it I grabbed my motor keys and went outside to find the house empty.

dad must've left for work a minutes ago while the maid is resting on their room, I look around and it looks clean so I guess they have nothing to do.

I went outside the house and started my big bike but before I started it I looked at the time and it's now 1pm.

I started my big bike and sat on it and here I am speeding again, I don't care if I get speed ticket I need to clear my mind and plus I'm 18 so I'm gonna be the one responsible to it so that my dad don't get headaches because I had a lot of speeding ticket.

I went to a road leading to my favorite park and I noticed that it's quite empty today.

I focused on the front of the road and made my motor go faster since I'm alone in the road and it's a long way.

As I was focusing on the road I suddenly felt like someone is watching me so I quickly look around and I found no one in the road with me so I made my motor even faster but I saw a silhouette in the sky so I looked up and found a crow that looks like it's following me.

I finally reach the park and it looks pretty empty too but it's good so that I can clear my mind.

I look around and it looks a lot more beautiful and alive the last time I went here, it's full of trees and in the side of the park it's just flat grass and at the center of the park there's a really big tree on it and it's my favorite spot.

I walk towards the big tree and held it with my hand.

I felt more alive with this tree....

I sit down on the grass and lean against the tree and I still felt like someone is watching me so I look around and found no human but a crow looking at me.

I look directly at it's eye and it made a noise and went closer to me but still flying.

"Hello crow." I said weirdly as I kept my eyes locked on its eyes.

It slowly went on the ground and it looks at me and it's not really far away, it's close to my feet.

"You've been following me since earlier, are you hungry little crow?" I asked as if I lost my mind talking to a crow.

It went closer to me so I just let it wander, I grabbed my phone and removed my phone case to look at the back of my phone.

A picture of me fell when I opened my phone case and there I remember that I put a picture of me in my phone case days ago...

I put it on my lap with my phone case and the crow suddenly fly and went to my lap so I got startled but didn't panic.

"Curious?" I asked.

As I was looking at my phone I checked it's temperature and it feels perfectly fine so I grabbed my picture when suddenly the crow took it and flew away.
