I couldn't sleep. No matter how I tried. Not even after all the bottles of beer I consumed. I was physically drained. My body wanted to sleep so bad, but my mind was working over drive.
Groaning in frustration, I kicked the blanket off of me. The rain had began to fall. I hated the rain. The subtle ones made me feel lonely, raging ones, with thunder and lightning terrifies me.
It's like the world is out to get me. Just when I began to think of thunderstorms, a resounding thunder struck.
Usually, Angel stays with me through nights like this, talking about random things as we cuddle till I fall asleep. But even I know that would not happen tonight. I guess that means no sleep for me.
