Regan got it from sources that weren't on paper, so when this program went live, there would be no way to trace it back to their beachfront home. Lila stood in front of it without any cosmetics or a properly planned background. She sat in a chair with a clean blouse on, and the ocean wind blowing softly through the cracked window behind her. They made it simple on purpose. Every corporate video message the board had ever gotten had been polished, made, and gone through layers of legal and public relations review.
