Got to admit, it does feel a bit strange having siblings, since I used to be an only child, but like everything so far, might as well get used to it.

.......Except maybe that training regime, if possible, spare me from that.

Currently, mother is currently breathing her flames on the two eggs, just like she did to me, for around 2 minutes so far?

Oh, they broke out, both of them surprisingly survived.

And....they are....female, I think?

And also a bit smaller than me for some reason?

Nevermind, mother just called them daughter while coiling around them as well.

Nice to see that the family is growing, though I do wonder where my father is.

Wait, their eyes. They're grey?

I remember my eyes are just black. Weird.

After mother finished coiling (coiling is the equivalent of hugging to dragons) around my new sisters, I asked her about it.

"Your eyes?" She repeats. "A demon dragon's eyes determine their elemental affinities. Demon Dragons are called that because unlike Light Dragons and Dark Dragons, we can use both Light and Dark magic, attracting a bit of their jealousy. Also, very rarely, some demon dragons may be born with an affinity for only one of the two, though they are much stronger in that one element than other dragons." She explains.

"Though this doesn't mean you can use Light. You just have to spend more magic than normal to use it and it is slightly less effective." She clarifies when she sees my rather disappointed look.

So basically I lucked out with my affinity?

How the hell did that happen?
