Loren Luper POV The day had been relentless. Training under Zeke’s watchful eye at the Killer's MC training grounds, left every muscle in my body humming with exhaustion. Sweat coated my skin, my shirt clinging uncomfortably to my body, but the exhaustion was tempered by satisfaction. Each jog, each hockey drill, reminded me why discipline mattered. At the end of the session, Zeke gathered us, the sunlight slanting through the tall windows of the pack house dinning, catching on dust motes that hung lazily in the air as we had lunch. His gaze swept across the team with an intense focus I was not foreign to. "There’s a training match against Sablethorn wolves in two days time," he started.
