“I know I messed up and nothing I’ll say can justify the way I acted earlier. That’s why I’m here to apologize. I’m sorry, Sander” I said in a sulky tone, slightly pouting my lips while rubbing his hand gently.
“It’s fine” He sighed, “No damage was done anyway so it’s okay. Just make sure this doesn’t repeat itself again”
“I promise not to cause any more problems going forward. In fact, I’ll apologize to Becky once I leave here”
“Becky” He scoffed, a broad smile on his face“You mean Rebecca?”
“Yeah” I nodded.
“Does she know you call her that?” He was still smiling while asking.
“Nope. I hope she doesn’t roast me alive for shortening her name like that”
