Each of the upper floors had six bedrooms with a common washroom, with a sink and toilet, at the end of the hall. Anyone wanting a shower had to book time in the one full bath on the first floor. Also on that floor was a good-sized kitchen with a pantry that had been retrofitted with industrial-grade stainless-steel sinks, worktables, and a door-type commercial dishwasher.
