It would knock out all the car’s windows and set off a smoke charge as well. This would cause several car alarms outside to go off and make lots of noise. That was the idea.
In conjunction with this, Diana would also put in an immediate call to the fire department and other emergency services. The idea was to get as many of the security people as possible to go outside at the news of a burning black SUV—and then be blocked from making a hasty exit due to the emergency vehicles.
