Episode 28

The ladies of Moryan went up to the moon temple at the center of the city. The men of Moryan guard around the moon temple and do not prevent any disturbances. The prince Vlain of Patheon arrived in the evening at Moryan. But princess Lily didn't know he had come over there. The moon ritual must finish with the bride and groom standing together under the moonlight. That's the reason why his mother and uncle invited him to come over at the right time when the moon shone brightly upon the moon temple. Princess Lily was bathing at a pollen lake of fairies that exists at the back of Moryan castle. And then, the maids took her to the dress-up room. They put on the morning dew makeup of wild lily flowers. Then, they do her hair and put on the white lily crown on her hair. When they had done, they were smiling at her. She asked them "why I can see the pleasant smile on your face". They gave the mirror to her and then she looked at herself. She said, "oh, what are those on her head and also on my face?". She tried to remove the petals away from her face. But the oldest maid stopped her hand and said, "don't do it because it needs to get the blessing of the moon". She didn't know why they take upon traditions so much. She had never seen her mother be like this way. Mother and Aunt were busy preparing and administrating everything to go well as planned. When she left the room and tried to peek over them, the guards didn't allow her to go near. So, she couldn't see well when they had a conversation with someone in the other room. After she fails to get into the aunt's room, she walks forward to the throne room and other rooms. She wanted to see everything before she got married to a stranger. Once, she visited Moryan castle after a year-old birthday. She couldn't remember everything well because it was a long time ago. A year-old child can't take the memory and recognize everything well. She walked around the castle and then she found a place which looked familiar. So, she tried to choose the way upstairs to see the room closer. Suddenly, the lady Tamara, who was serving her Aunt, showed up in front of her. She was surprised to see the princess there. Princess Lily also read that lady's facial reaction well. So, she held her face down and said, " Lady Tamara why are you here at this time?". Lady Tamara said, "I am here to get something important". Then, Tamara hung her hand and took her back to the guest room. She waited there for over an hour. An hour later, the maids came into her room to take her to the moon temple. They tie the scarf to her face and help her to walk. Because of the long dress, she had a hard time walking. After that, they helped her to get into the specially made flower chariot. She rides that chariot and the maids walk aside from her chariot. She was looking at all the scenery from the chariot. But she felt abnormally silent. During the time she fell into the great scenery at night, the chariot stopped at the front of the gate of the temple. The town was big and every part of the street was decorated with beautiful candles and flowers.

When she reached the center of the city, the white marble fountain with the goddess Artemis holding a bow and arrow ready to shoot stood in front of the temple. And then, she saw the huge white column on the way to the temple. The vines were climbing up the columns and also at the top of the temple roof. She was amazed by the scene under the sunset light. They were getting so beautiful. The houses in a town nearby were closing up their doors and windows. Every man guarded the fencing around the temple with the castle guards. The women wore light blue robes with hoods. She looked around and saw the different people on the inner side of the temple. Those women might be her aunt and mother. She recognized them easily because of their crowns. Her mother put the blue crystal crown on her head. Aunt wore the pink crystal crown on her head. She only wore the lily flower crown with a moon crystal on her head. She walked elegantly towards the temple with the help of the maids and lady Tamara. They all wore a hood but she put on the scarf to hide the lower half of her face. The long light blue dress caused her trouble walking. But she tries to move forward to the temple. At last, she reached inside the temple. She saw a huge statue of the moon goddess Artemis without a bow and arrow. She moved closer to the goddess statue and then she found out the goblet was in the goddess's hand. Then, the maids move her to the white bench. There was only a bench in the temple near the goddess's statue. So, she sat on the bench. Afterward, everyone starts playing music with harp, lyre, and flutes. Some women were dancing in front of her by circling and circling. She focused on their dance and playing music. An hour later, she was getting sleepy. Her mother noticed that well so she sent Tamara and Ommela to wake her up. The sky was covered up with clouds so she was afraid the moon couldn't be lit up tonight. After the dancing and playing music stopped, the moon appeared from the dark clouds. The oldest woman who might be the Sharman said, "it will soon be the right time to prepare for it, everyone". She said to herself, "prepare for what". Then, the women with hoods came up to her and hung their hands to make a circle around her. She said, "what are they doing again?". Her mother and aunt were joining their team and waiting for the moonlight". Suddenly, she heard different footsteps which came nearer. Her mother and aunt warned her again and again not to look around whatever she heard or saw. So, she tried to ignore it by closing her eyes.

Later, the moon reached the top of the temple. And then, the moonlight shined upon her. At that time, the stranger took her hand and helped her stand up. After that, the stranger removed her half-covered scarf and a light kiss on her lips. She moved back off suddenly and opened her eyes. She said, "what was that?". Then, she saw Prince Vlain standing in front of her. She stepped back so the moonlight did not reach her. The elders said, "young lady, you must move back into that circle and get the blessing from the moon with your future husband". She said, "am what". Mother and aunt also nodded to tell her to do this before the moon disappeared. Prince Vlain gave her a hand to get into the circle where the moonlight reached. She didn't even want to do this with him and couldn't accept him anyway. So, she denied it and ran away. The ladies who hung their hands tight around her weren't moving away. So, she lowered herself to escape. Finally, she could escape from the moon ritual ceremony. And then, he was left alone there. She was running up to the room where they tied the white dragon. She was opening the door with her necklace. That necklace was given by her uncle the King. She opened the door and got closer to the white dragon. The dragon was shocked because his face was covered up with a big cloth. She removed it and put her hand on the dragon's nose and sang a song. The dragon didn't attack her because it recognized her scent and the song. The last time they met, she sang a song using a low tone. The tone was getting lower than human hymns. So, only the dragon could hear. Her tears started falling when she looked at the dragons' eyes. So, the dragon moved his face towards her, and then they cried together.

At the moon temple, queen Aratia and Queen Maraia couldn't explain it to prince Vlain. But they said, "half ceremony done so you can go back to your room young prince". Prince Vlain said, "why is she doing this to me?". Queen Aratia came up to him and said, " Think about it well, prince, every girl needs time before they go to marry a stranger". He asked her directly "so have you done this to the king of Evalon before you two get married". Queen Aratia couldn't tell this to the young rude prince. But she held her temper and said sorry for her daughter's action. And then, Queen Maria pointed to Prince Vlain's lips. Queen Maria said, "Hey, it's bleeding". Queen Aratia told the maids to send the prince back to his room and put the medicine for him. The prince shoved their hands away and said, "I must find her now". The elders couldn't stop him at this time. So, they let him find her. Prince Vlain was shocked because she bit his lips and pushed him away suddenly. In his life, none of the girls could treat him like that. He decided to take her as his own property. Now, he owned her already after the king's announcement. But he didn't rough on her and waited for a long time. Now, she is trying to get away from him. He said to himself, "it won't be easy, but I won't give up on you bad girl". He said, "you are waking up my true self".

At that same time, the princess freed the dragon and rode into the sky to touch the moon. The prince reached back to the castle and saw the dragon's figure on the castle ground. He said, "what was that?". Therefore, he looked up to the sky and saw the white dragon under the blue moon. There was a person riding upon the dragon's neck. He wanted to know who was there. So, he went up to the tower to see closer. The princess felt freedom when she rode the dragon. The dragon flew up the sky and moved around the palace with happiness. She said, "you are my dragon and I will let you free now". She didn't think about what will happen next.
