Episode 14

Lily went back to her kingdom with Prince Vlain. In the evening, the sun goes down beautifully and the rays come into their chariot romantically. Prince Vlain was playing with the sun's rays that leaned on her hair. Suddenly, he put his elbow on his knee and stared at her face. She tried to move away from his eyes. But he said, "you know you are more beautiful under the sun than hiding in dark places". He said, "I want to know why you love to stay in dark places". Then, he put his hand on her wavy hair around her neck and started playing. She moved away from him to warn him to stop touching her hair. But he keeps moving after her. She regretted not tying her hair at the back as always. Today, she was washing her hair in the morning. So, the maids made a little braid above and put the wavy hair down like a curtain. He put his hand on her hair again and said "you look like an angel when the sun's rays reach your hair and face". He said, "your hair looks beautiful like water around your starry eyes". Her cheek turned redder than before. So, he cheated on her again. "are you moving with my words". She moved away from him and turned her face to the window and said, "you are over talking about my beauty". She said, "I know I am pretty so enough talking about it". He was laughing out loud and said "what else will happen if I tell you about my pretty fiancé's pretty parts out loud". She said, "you don't understand how to stay gentle and loyal in front of others". He didn't move his eyes away from her, so she kept watching from outside the window. The time was hard to pass that day but she waited until the chariot landed in front of her palace. When it landed at the front gate, she opened the door herself and headed towards the route to go to the palace. The castle guards were shocked to see their princess come out of the chariot and walk forward, bypassing the gate. Prince Vlain was left alone because he didn't want to follow her on the walk. She didn't take a look back at him. As she says so, he must follow whatever she does. If he didn't follow her this time, she couldn't be sure of trust and give all her life to him. She closed her eyes and felt the evening breeze. At that time, someone was running toward her. She knew that person who stepped forwards to her. As she thought, Prince Vlain was following her steps. Then, he put his fury coat upon her shoulder. He said, "the wind was getting cold in the evening. You must put this on because I don't want you to get cold again". She looked at his face but he turned it to another side. She saw his cheek turn red either. They took a long way to reach the palace's main entrance door.

The chief castle guard saw their princess walking together with Prince Vlain of Patheon. They were surprised a lot because they saw the unbelievable scene. The chief guard said, "they are hanging up right now". The assistant guard said, "Yes, I saw it too". The couple walked into the palace and they opened the doors for them. The princess was smiling a shiny bright smile like the morning sun. They couldn't keep their eyes away from her. The chief guard said, "when did she grow up like this". The chief guard guard, Ven, hurried to go to the chief gardener to talk about this. In the castle, everyone becomes happy. If those kids' marriages happen, a bridge will arise between Evalon and Patheon. The benefits weren't only for the royal family. So, the people in the castle loved to see them not having clashes again. They saw the grown-up princess in front of them that day. Prince Vlain was acting loyally in front of her, but he hated his boots getting dirty and he also hated the green grass and plants. He just tried to love those she loved. She wanted to know what was hiding in his mind, so she used this trick on him. He acted like he loved those too. She knew the reason why he was hiding his face away from her. The liar couldn't hide his eyes well. So, she tried to read his eyes when he followed her steps. At school, he never went down to the grassy land and he also hated to attend the plant class. Once he stepped on the animal's waste, he couldn't hide his face well either. She knew those things made him a mess in his mind. With all, her thoughts keep matching the right or wrong completely. He couldn't understand her thoughts anyway. When they walked into the dining room, they saw the parents of prince Vlain and her parents sat at the same table. She moved closer to her parents and said " Is that your reason why telling me to take him with my chariot". The queen said, "Lily, don't be like that, sit down beside Mama". Then, she took a seat right next to her mother. She knew what they were trying to say. She hated herself for not rejecting him as she wished to. She wanted to escape from that palace and ran away from everyone. The demon Abil knew what was inside her mind. The tree man was standing in the back garden watching their family meeting from the kitchen door. The kitchen servants opened the back door so he could see her face and feel that way too. The meaningless relationship and connection which bound them together got stronger and stronger every day. She took her time to talk to him at night. The demon Abil couldn't get near to her when the tree-man was there. With Prince Vlain, it was easier for him. So, the demon Abil was clapping his hands and laughing in a low tone. At that time, Princess Lily saw the banging tree towards the door. She knew that he was watching her. But she couldn't get up to him this time.

The parents decided to hold their marriage ceremony when her age turned thirteen. Now, her aged eleven years old already. She knew she didn't have much time left to get away from that prince. However, she tried to push him away. He kept close to her with his unfunny tricks. He was a womanizer as a father. But he played with the girl's minds only without messing with their lives. She knew that well but she didn't like those hobbies. She truly said once "it will cause you trouble in the oncoming future, but he doesn't listen to her". He never thought she would say this to him because she was getting jealous. She never thought of him as her soul mate. She already had a soul mate. So, she couldn't move her eyes away from that tree. At that time, Prince Vlain looked at her eyes, and their eyes matched in the middle. Their parents loved to see them being like this. Their parents decided to push them closer before the marriage ceremony. Prince Vlain was looking at her with the eyes of love. But she just looked away from him all the time. It takes a long conversation which leads to dinner together with them. She didn't want to take dinner with them but, her parents forced her to do that. The lonely tree was looking at them gather inside the castle. For him, he couldn't have those times since he broke his duty. He thought back to his past when he lived freely downtown by selling flowers. There was a girl he loved who came downtown every day to buy beautiful flowers. She wore a beautiful flower-printed silk dress and wore a beautiful hat with a scarf. She was the most beautiful woman who came into his life. He wanted to get more money for marrying her and sending money to his parents, who left the village. He saw the golden opportunity on board at the middle of their market. Being the castle gardener wasn't his dream. He must take that job to marry her. So, he chose that and got into an interview. He passed the interview and got there. His duty over the magical tree which could change his life. He knew he must follow the guidelines which the chief gardener gave him. But he couldn't stop the hunger so he just broke the rules and duties once. That once turned his life upside down. He missed his parents and loved ones. Now, he looked back at himself and felt sad. His tear drops turned out tree resins. So, the servant called the blood tree. When he cried, the pond turned red with his tears.

After having dinner, Prince Vlain followed his parents to go back home. Her parents took them to their chariot. They forced her to join in. But she said "I am tired, so I want to go upstairs". Her parents' faces didn't seem as nice as the prince's parents. She didn't even care about them anymore. She left them without saying a polite goodbye. Her nanny was following her upstairs. She faced down to the floor with lazy steps to reach the hallway. She stepped on the stairs one by one. When she reached the upstairs hallway, she felt something weird. So, she turned around. She hasn't seen anyone. So, she moved forward to reach her room. In the middle of the hallway, the dark of the night was causing the dim light so it was hard to see clearly under the torch light. She saw something in the corner of her eye. She was frightened to turn her face to there. But the dark shadow came nearer to her. Afterwards, she ran up to her room. She stepped on the carpet which dragged her back there. She tried to crawl back to her room. It didn't work. So, she closed her eyes and called the name of tree elf guardian. She called "Siren, Siren please come here to help me out". At their last meeting, he told her to call his name from her heart so he could come up and go there to save her from whatever it was. Now, she was getting scared by the shadow so she called it over and over again. Suddenly, a strong breeze went up around her through the windows. The torches in the hallway lighted off.. And then, the carpet which takes her feet loosened up. Therefore, she slowly opened her eyes to see what had happened. In front of her, a man-like figure was standing there. She asked "Siren is that you". But there is no answer. So, she walked closer to that shape. At that time, her nanny and guards arrived. They lit the torches around the hallway. That man disappeared. She was thinking "am I day dreaming here". The thing that was happening right now made her feel confused a lot. For the tree man, it was true. He saw the wound on his right hand. He was getting afraid that she had found out what she had done.
