Frances FrancesThe bathroom door opened and Ivy tiptoed out in her pink pyjamas, looking a little shy about the shortness of her bottoms. She jumped onto her side of the mattress, diving under the covers. “Did you change the bucket?” I nodded, nestling under my duvet. “Yeah, I did it while you were changing.” “Thanks.” She groaned. “Ugh, I forgot to turn the light off.” “I’ll get it,” I said, tossing the covers off and getting up. Even with the lights dimmed, it wasn’t quite dark. The moonlight coming in through the large windows illuminated the living room enough that I caught Ivy staring at me.
