Scarlet had convinced Roger she was okay to do normal things, and he’d finally relented, but was home far more often, working from his home office and coordinating with Sarah who stayed at the office for him. Scarlet babysat for Sarah almost every day, and had never been happier. She adored having a baby around, and now that she was finally pregnant, she could simply enjoy Kelly without the pang of envy and ache for her own baby.
