Chapter 03

I am alone sa duyan after Arrow decided to poop pa, I offered to be with him pero he declined and chose his Kuya Yuno instead. Para na niyang anak si Arrow, 22 years pa naman agwat nila

Ang panganay nila is 30 years old na, si Yuno naman 29 na, while yung isa pang babae sakanila 18 palang tapos ang bunso ay si Arrow na 7 years old palang. If I am not mistaken Ate Krystal and Yuno's mom is different sa mother ni Arrow at Allison. The only thing I know is ang mother nila Yuno is Tito Ali's first wife pero she cheated and left them. Arrow's mother, Tita Inna, nabuntis siya ni Tito Ali last 8 years ago and when she gives birth she died, hindi blood related sina Allison and Arrow, anak ni Tita Inna sa unang asawa din niya si Allison. Fortunately, Tito Ali adopted her and that's why naging apat silang nagkakapatid

"Let's go na kuya Ezei" tumatakbo itong nagtungo sa duyan na kinauupuan ko "Gosh baby don't run like that, baka mapano ka" Sinalubong ko nalang ito

Yuno is stoic na naman and I don't know why the freak I choose to slightly smile at him, pati ata siya nagulat kasi I saw how confuse he is

"Your hair is so magulo lol" I said and chuckled, napatingin naman si Arrow sa kuya niya and laughed adorably. Magulo kasi talaga ang buhok niya plus he is furrowing his brows and tapos naka kunot noo pa.

Para itong bata na padabog tumalikod sa amin para ayusin ang buhok niya. Arrow is still adorably laughing and I couldn't stop myself to tickle him, his laugh make me laugh too

"Umuwi na kayo, it's getting dark and you need to drink your medicine again Arrow" Yuno said kaya napatigil kami ng pagtawa, kanina kasi after lunch hinatid ni Yaya Sonaya ang gamot ni Arrow here and every 4 to 5 hours kailangan niyang uminom ulit

"Okay po kuya" Arrow hold my hand na para bang hinihintay akong lumakad, and that's the thing ayokong lumakad "Are you not going home too?" tanong ko, I'm too preoccupied to be honest, his disheveled hair that is slightly wet is my last straw

Napansin ko lang na nagtanong pala ako when he answered "I still have some work to do" tumango ako bilang sagot but didn't stop staring at him, ang gwapo niya po, luluhuran ko agad to.

"Pero pare akala ko ba tapos mo na lahat kaya ka nga tumulong sa anihan ngayon diba?" isa sa mga kaibigan niya ang sumulpot sa gilid nito to say it

"Tsaka papabayaan mo ba si City boy na hindi pa nasasanay dito? baka mawala yan, gumagabi na oh?" if I am not mistaken his name is Akio, failed talking stage of Rein

"Akio right?" tanong ko to make sure, Yuno and his other friend looked at me then back to their friend "Lods? Paano mo nalaman name ko? Alam ko namang pogi ako pero sorry sumusunod ako sa bro code namin" may kayabangan pa nitong tugon

"Excuse me? Do you assume I like you ba? I know you lang from Rein" I chuckled awkwardly "And what bro code?" pahabol na tanong ko, still feeling awkward

"Stupid" Yuno mumbled "Tanga tanga mo talaga tol!" tawa pa ng isa nilang kaibigan "Rein, the one who look like a cute bunny?" tanong ni Akio, na tinanguan ko bilang sagot "Nice seeing you here, but we have to go na"

Hindi na naman ata uuwi si Yuno kaya I started walking na with Arrow "Selene" he called, putangina ang hot, gosh why my 2nd name pa! sisigaw na ako right now- pigilan niyo ko!!! Seriously? I look back and gave him a questioning stare

"You are not gonna go home again right? mauuna na kami. Take care nalang kayo" sabi ko saka give them a wave "Bye po mga Kuya!" paalam din ni Arrow na hawak ko

"Pa regards nalang kay Rein!" Akio made pahabol pa waving to us too "Ingat kayo" their other friend smile bago pa kami makalakad ulit "Wait for me, kakausapin ko lang sila saglit" Yuno said before walking towards Nanay Margarita's house

"Ingat kayo, sunod muna kami kay boss. I'm Jino by the way" he smiled to us again, he is quite has a admiring personality, his eye smile is a killer too "Thank you, I'm Ezekiel" sagot ko

"What's taking you two so long?!" nagulat pa kami sa parang galit na tanong ni Yuno na already in the Kubo seems waiting for Akio and Jino "Sus sabihin mo you want to be with your darling so bad" sigaw din ni Akio, Darling?

"Sige lods sunod na kami kay boss, napaka pabebe hindi naman kayo matitiis" hinila na nito si Jino paalis "Tangina Akio isusumbong kita kay Achi, tapang natin ah" I heard Jino argued pa

"Let's wait for Kuya muna here okay?" I smiled at Arrow and he suddenly hugged me and gave me a sweet smile too "Kuya Ezei, why po now lang kita nakita, you are Papa's nephew right?" he suddenly asked na nakatingala sa akin

I pat his hair before answering him "Kuya Ezei is busy lang talaga and hindi ako sumasama sa parents ko often" busy sa both pagbubulakbol and of course work. How can I explain din na umiiwas lang din ako sa kuya niya most of the time.

Papa and Dad often come here kasi not only they prefer to vacation here but also Papa always miss Tito Hail, sila lang dalawa magkapatid and they are clingy to each other, minsan nga si Tito Hail and Tito Ali ang dumadalaw kina Papa and Dad din sa Manila

"Let's go" Yuno offered, kararating lang din niya and may dala itong susi tsaka a leather jacket na to be honest shocked me nang bigla niya itong iabot saakin, hindi ko maiwasang mahiya bigla

Mahina ako sa ganito please lang, napakarupok ko po please, baka luhuran ko nga siya any moment now

"W-what's this?" I asked before accepting the jacket "A jacket obviously, next time don't wear just a t-shirt if you are going to go here" he answered na dinagdagan pa ng kapatid niya "It's chilly po here lalo na pag night, kuya is right"

I really ended up wearing his leather jacket and it smells like him so much that it come to the extent that I felt like he is hugging me

Oh my gosh why am I feeling like this? Kukurutin talaga ako ni Papa nito pag nalaman niyang kalandian inaatupag ko here, but to some point he told me naman na he wished na nagkasundo kami ni Yuno diba?

At some point today my feelings are in mess, hindi ko alam kong ano dapat ang mararamdaman ko, hindi ko naman siya gusto I hate him pero ano ba tong inaakto ko?

I used to admire and like him indeed but that's just a dumb teen infatuation and after that night I promised to unlike him na and I genuinely hate him kaya, kung aaminin ko din sa sarili ko I'm still attracted to him pero may halo itong galit

I don't know anymore

"Ah!" I yelped muntik ba naman ako madapa and I don't have any choice than to grab Yuno's shirt para hindi ako madulas "Are you okay kuya?" nagaalalang tanong ni Arrow saakin "Ayos lang ako" ngiti ko bago bitawan ang damit ni Yuno at tumayo ng tuwid

"Kuya hold Kuya Ezei's hand baka he'll trip na naman! please" he plead that I immediately disagree on "No need na, go on lang kayo" bago pa makasagot ang bata I felt Yuno grabbed and held my hand

Lalo lang nito paguguluhin ang isip ko duh!

"So much bother" I heard him mumbled, masyado ba akong sensitive kung sasabihin kong it hurt me? "I'm sorry then" Hindi naman tight ang pagkahawak niya sa kamay ko kaya nabawi ko ito agad luckily hindi yun narinig and nakita ni Arrow, the kid is busy blabbering about the dinner we will have today

I really need to self reflect

Papa's idea is really effective, first day ko palang dito tapos may self reflection nang magaganap.

Tanging mga rant lang ni Arrow na buhat ni Yuno ang nagpapainggay sa paligid namin, I occasionally answer pati nadin ang Kuya niya. I think I need to know my place here talaga, I should avoid him at all cost na ulit

"Kuya will not sleep there today" Yuno answered when his brother asked if he would sleep in there house "But you promised me Kuya" Arrow pouted with a nagtatampo tone "Kuya is sorry, I have a lot of work to finish. I'll visit you tomorrow okay?" he answered again

Bakit ba ayaw niyang umuwi sa bahay nila? don't tell may ka live in ito? I mean Akio said kanina na Yuno is excited to be his Darling lang?

To be honest that didn't hurt me, baka I really don't like him na. What happened in past is just infatuation and nothing more. Plus he made it clear naman that night eh, tas ako pa yung mali dun.

Not long enough nasa Hacienda na kami, both Tito Ali and Tito Hail were shocked nang makita si Yuno na kasama namin "You finally went home huh" Tito Ali said but in a sarcastic way "Hinatid ko lang sina Arrow, I'll leave immediately" Yuno answered bago binaba ang buhat nitong si Arrow but the kid didn't let go of his brother's hand

"Why don't you eat dinner muna dito iho?" Tito Hail asked nicely "I cooked a lot" Tito added while happily gesturing the dining table with a lot of foods in there

"Thanks for the invite but I have to decline, I have a lot of work to finish. I'll leave na" when he said that I saw the evident sadness in Tito Hail's face, damn. "Go to Manang munaokay?" Yuno convince Arrow na agad naman tumakbo sa kitchen after kissing his brother. Hindi pa nakakaalis si Yuno but about to do so when his Dad spoke

"Is your work more important than your family Achileas?" Walang makaimik sa aming lahat but Yuno chuckled answered his Dad "Family? a kept man is a family?" things escalate immediately and the next thing I know he got punched by his dad

He deserves it, I know he meant Tito Hail in his statement "Ali stop it!" Tito Hail intervene he is stopping Tito Ali and the only thing I could do is to grab Yuno back baka lumala pa away nila "Yeah your kept man is right" he said smugly before Tito Ali could punch him again inilayo na ito ni Tito Hail "Love stop it na please"

I swear to god I need to drag him outside buti nga nakaya ko pa and I did it hanggang sa gate baka bumalik eh "Damn it!" he cussed "Stop dragging me na Brat" binigawan ko talaga siya galit pa naman ako

"Why would you do that? calling Tito Hail a kept man ha?" I asked, I am angry but I still need to be rational "Hindi ko naman kailangan magpaliwanag sayo" sagot niya "You won't get it kasi hindi mo naman naranasan" he added

"I don't want to invalidate what you experienced pero napaka bastos mo. You thought alam mo na ang lahat? Don't you ever fvcking dare forgot the fact that your Dad is the one who took advantage to my Tito, he is one who destroyed Tito's life. Tangina mo ang lakas ng audacity mo to call him a kept man, does he know na may asawa pala ang tatay mo? Wala akong pakialam sa gulo ng Family niyo but don't ever trash my Tito like that, sirang sira ang buhay niya dahil sa tatay mo" I continue to let out my anger to him kaya natapos akong hinihingal na

I threw his jacket on his torso "I hope I never see you again. Fvck you!" inis na sigaw ko bago tumakbo papasok sa Hacienda ulit

Naabutan kong kumakain sina Tito and Arrow na walang kaalam alam sa nangyari "Would you like to join us Ezei?" nakangiting tanong ni Tito saakin

He suffered so much already

"Yes po Tito" ngiti ko bago umupo sa tabi niya at kumain, Tito Ali eyed me and ngumiti nalang din ako sakanya "Hail told me na pumunta daw kayo sa Farm, do you guys enjoy it?" he asked

"Yes Daddy! We ate a lot of fruits in there po. I enjoyed it ikaw po kuya Ezei?" I nodded "Yes I enjoyed it too, minsan lang ako maka experience nang ganun sa city eh" I chuckled

Later that night Tito Ali apologize to me and I told him it was fine. He is already 49 years old and Tito Hail is 38 and their lovestory is messed up. It is not my story to tell and it will only going to hurt me again so I should stop dwelling on it.

"That ghoster is alive?!!" Rein Exclaimed, the three of us is video calling and I told them how I met Akio, his failed talking stage that was from FEU

"Kaghost-ghost ka ata kasi girl!" sambit ni Eloise na nagpatawa sa amin "Tangina mo gaga! So musta naman first day mo jan?" tanong ni Rein

"It was fun but also very chaotic" sagot ko munching on a choco butternut donuts as a midnight snack "Marami bang pogi? chika naman jan oh!" Eloise asked

"How the hell should I suppose to know that? hindi ko maigala ang paningin ko kanina" Sagot ko

"Well maybe kasi si Achileas lang ata tinitignan mo the whole time" rebat ni Rein "Omg ka Rein! Nadali mo!" Eloise supported his claim pa

"Well? I guess? paharang harang kasi siya sa paningin ko kanina and you won't believe guys he kept flexing his muscles pa and his hair was a bit damp kanina, I know naman na he is pogi but nagmamayabang ba siya?" I ranted

"He like-" agad akong nag leave bago pa maituloy ni Eloise ang sasabihin niya. I'll assume na naman kasi, at aasa lang ako sa wala.

Lalo pa akong nainis sakanya and I really hope maiwasan ko siya ng mabuti. But I honestly still wants to see him? pero mas gugustuhin ko naman ang peace of mind keysa sa kalandian ko

I wanna talk to Tito Hail hoping na gising pa siya but I immediately regretted it kasi I know hindi ko kayang makita na malungkot siya, maybe tomorrow nalang.
