Chapter 7. Night

 *Third persons POV*

Samantha came back from her tour and decided to rest for a while. When it got dark, she went for a run, after all, it was considerably long since she turned last time...

She walked to see the Eiffel tower, she saw it with the guide, but only from afar...

She sat on the bench in a park nearby and just enjoyed how it shines in the night sky, how big it is. How amazing of a place it is... She wanted to go inside as well, but unfortunately, it's already closed. Next time. She promised to herself and decided to move on and let out her true self for a run...

Walked through an enormous city, observing everything she found interesting. Although not many people can be seen at this time, it really is beautiful out there at night. The way the streets are still lit but almost empty, it looks like a fascinating dreamland.

She began running in her human form until she reached the woods, then she shifted and continued running as a wolf, her fur as red as fire sifted through the wind freely. She hasn't permitted herself so much freedom in a lifetime...

Damian couldn't handle it anymore.

Everywhere he went in the hotel, her scent was present...And finally, out of frustration of not being able to be with her, he decided to go for a run.

As he ran, her smell reached his nostrils again, and he decided to follow being unable to ignore...

* Damian's POV*

Is she running from me again? The first thought I had as followed her trail.

I know... I thought a girl in my life was unnecessary as I wouldn't have time for one, but when I saw her... All of it changed.

Goddess, please let me win her heart...

* Samantha's POV*

When I reached the woods, I ran nonstop for... I don't even know how long.

Stopped only when reached some kind of a cave in the middle of what seems like nowhere.

Shifted and sat naked on top of it...

Bushes nearby began moving. Who could it be?! At this time?! That far in the woods...

I stood up, hiding my private parts with my hands as I was too stupid to take extra clothes.

Stepped back as bushes moved again.

And again... Until I slipped and began falling down the cave, embraced myself for the collision with the ground, but...?

But was caught by someone's strong arms and gently embraced in a careful hold.

' What the hell?!' I shouted trying to escape the hold on me.

' Well.. hello angel .' that same devilish smile began shining at me again.

' You again?!' I shouted.

His hands on my naked body feel so warm and gentle...

' You know angel... It's not that I don't enjoy the view .' he said observing me hungrily while I tried to hide as much as possible.

' But I can suggest you my t-shirt, if you would just calm down of course.'

'Just calm down!? You followed me! are you planning to r**e me or something?!' I demanded.

' Babe, it wouldn't be a r**e because you would enjoy it , very much .' he said putting me down to stand up.

' Goddammit , why are you so horny , and don't you dare looking at me naked !' I shouted.

' It's all mine , why can't I look? '

' Because you can't , can I get the goddamn t-shirt you offered me?' he nodded.

'It's inevitable angel, especially after what I just saw..' he laughed giving me his t-shirt.

The shirtless view on him...

I took them and turned around to put on.

'The view..' he whispered.

' I heard that , you creep.'

' You can call me whatever you want , but this .. this view , will stay in my head forever ..' he told happily.

'What the hell is wrong with you , huh?' I demanded.

Uhh, his smell from the t-shirt is so inviting, as well because of how large he is they are like a dress on me.

' No angel, the question should be what has happened to you..?' he said stepping closer. I stepped back.

' Don't come closer, I don't need it , I don't need this.' I tried to keep him away as tears threatened to show up.

He noticed that and stepped further no matter what I asked for.

'Please...' I asked desperately sitting on the ground and hugging my legs, hid my face in them.

It was quiet for a while, then I felt him sitting next to me and engulfing me in a hug. I rose my head to look at him.

'What do you want? Why can't you just leave me alone?' I begged him.

A painful grimace appeared on his face.

' Samantha..'

I'm so fed up with him calling me like that!

'I'm not Samantha. Can you just stop it !? Leave me alone already!

Shock appeared for a moment on his face.

' I might have guessed that.' he said slowly.

' And yet you don't give a s**t? I might be a criminal or something?!' I shouted in his face.

To my surprise he ..laughed?

' Girl , wolves are capable of unspoken evil, but you.. you are an angel, girl of my dreams, I can't see you doing anything bad... no... you wouldn't be capable of it..' he said.

So f*cking sure?

' You know nothing about me.' I said standing up angrily.

' And I don't need you to feel sorry for me, so please , can you leave me alone.' I said and ran away from him.

Surprisingly he didn't follow me.

Good for him.

* Third persons POV*

That was the last time she met him, she tried and been as careful as she could until she couldn't smell him, the second week she in fact even enjoyed her vacation, it looked like nothing matters, only her...

On the other hand, although he hasn't seen his girl after, Damian tried to dig as much information as he could after coming home.

He couldn't find much as he didn't know her real identity, but what he did find was that his little sister was going to her yoga classes.

/three weeks passed/

*Damian's POV*

' Vicky ,could you do me a favor?' asked her once we sat by the dining table.

' What can I do for you brother ?' she asked with a raised eyebrow.

Mathew laughed.

' Oh shut up will ya..' I demanded him irritated.

' What is going on ?' Vicky asked. Cleared my throat.

'Uhm.. Vicky, so , you remember the girl you were talking about all the time...'

' Yes.. Samantha.. She's a rogue I would like to join us..' she agreed.

' There is something else you have to know..'

' Yes?'

' She's my mate..' her eyes almost popped out from my words.

Mat laughed again, but when I gave him an angry glare, he stopped immediately.

' I f*cking knew that something is up with her!? She's been acting so strange around me ! What the f*ck did you do to her ! And when did you even meet her!?' She demanded.

Hm, alright...

'So, um.. I did nothing to her , just tried my best to come closer, but she wouldn't allow, I met her almost four months ago..' She stood up, fisting her hands to the table.

' And why the f*ck wasn't I aware of that ? Why ?!' She shouted.

' First of all , I think you should calm down Vicky.'

That was the wrong thing to say because she literally exploded...

' Don't you f*cking dare telling me to calm down ! You stupid.. guy !!? I tried befriending her for almost a month now and she would reject going out with me every f*cking time , now I know why , It's because of you ... you i***t!' She shouted, hitting the table angrily again.

' Like you don't have enough friends already..'

Ups.

' It's not your f*cking business of how many friends I have you i***t!' she snarled.

' Alright alright , Vicky ! Enough! Although I'm your brother don't forget that I'm an alpha as well.'

Moment of silence.

' So, will you help me? I wanna make it work , and you could have her as a friend , I have nothing against it Vicky, just , when you explode like this, sometimes.. it doesn't sit on me well , sorry sis..' I said letting out a breath.

She sat down.

' Yes Dame , I'm sorry as well .' She said apologetically.

' So , how can I help you ?' She added letting out a breath.

' I need to meet her, could you , I don't know , invite her to go somewhere and instead of you , I would go?'

' It's going to be hard since she refused me for I don't know.. maybe five times already..' she said with a laugh.

' You can do it sis, use your best friend charm on her or something...'

' Oh shut up!' She shook her head and left the table.

Mathew turned to me with eyes as wide as dinner plates.

' Man... You are f*cked up! He said and began laughing nonstop.

' Oh , f*ck you!' I shouted and left that i***t as well.

I shouldn't have told her that...

I think I forgot to mention... But alpha Aramis agreed to my business scheme, and my men will be sent back to Paris to help looking for suitable places. As well renovating, or even building premises for the clubs...

All that's left now... Not counting managing the pack. Is winning my girl, showing her to the pack and my uncle, of course, he's the person who's opinion is very important to me as he was like my father.

Returned back to my room and laid down...

' Keith ?'

' Yeah?'

' What to do , I'm in a complete blind spot...' I said letting out a breath.

'Let's see of what Vicky can do, if she succeeds , let's go with her plan , if she won't , we shall not play with her anymore..'

' It's not playing Keith.. Something bad happened to her , but she won't say..'

' I know man.. just that she's so stubborn..' he answered.

' When was anything easy for us ?'

He didn't answer.

' Yeah Keith , you know that easy is not an option for us..'

' I know man.. I know..'
