The new residential complex was called The Ivy Lofts. It sat directly adjacent to the Columbia University campus, separated only by a wrought-iron fence and a row of ancient oaks.
Standing in the expansive four-bedroom penthouse he was about to acquire, Liam could see the vibrant pulse of university life below. The spring air had brought the campus to life; cherry blossoms were beginning to drift over the quad, and the winding stone paths were crowded with students.
