Explaining to do.

Marcus got off the plane, immediately got into the rental car that was waiting for him. “Thank you Thomas” Marcus thought. He had to make sure to let his friend know how grateful he was to think about everything. Thomas had everything ready for him. Marcus got into the car that was already waiting for him and plugged the addresses on the gps. He had a strange feeling. Was it relief? What it excitement? What is it? He couldn’t point out what it was. He just knew he had to see her. See those beautiful eyes that have been tormenting him. Finally he’s gonna have her in his arms. Marcus briefly closed his eyes. Why does she have this power over me? Why is the need 100 times more than I have ever felt. For the first time in a very long time he felt like if he had a heart beat. Beating for Alice, what is this? I’ve been all around the world, stepped foot on different places met a lot of people throughout my years and never have I felt this way. I’ve had physicals encounters with multiple of women. Tons that I’ve lost count but none had made me feel this way. I haven’t even been physically with her and she has me wrapped around his fingers. I need to shake this off father won’t be happy. He won’t like this not one bit.

King Richard-

“Where is he Thomas? My security team told me he just got on a plane!” King Richard roared. Thomas was all beaten up and shaking. He knew he couldn’t disobey his king. “California” Thomas sighed. King Richard was surprised and curious to know what his son was doing in California. His rival clan resides there. Marcus must be crazy what has gotten into him. “What is he doing there?” His teeth smashing together. “King, our prince has found his fated mate. He went for her.” Thomas felt like he was betraying his friend but he knew he couldn’t deny his king anymore. He had given Marcus enough time to get to Alice. “Is he going for Alice!” The king started to pace. “Answer me, you i***t. Is it Alice?”

Thomas didn’t know how the king knew this information but he knew not to mess with him anymore. “Yes, my king, he’s on his way to get Alice.” Thomas made a note to inform Marcus. King Richard was furious. His fangs where out ready to snatch on any moving thing. He called his security team and ordered them to get to Marcus and to bring him back. The king made a phone call which went directly to voicemail. “Leave your message after the tone.” “Marcus, I know where you are. I’m coming to get you. Don’t be foolish and listen to me. Stay hidden. My men are on their way to get you.” King Richard hung up. This stupid kid. What’s wrong with him. How could he not confide in me? How is it possible that he found her? I had spoken to Joe. We had an agreement!! What the hell happened? How did it get to this? King Richard dialed the number he swore he wouldn’t dial ever. “Hello” answered Joe. “Explain what the hell is going on Joe. We had an agreement. We swore that our kids would never come in contact with each other!” He roared over the phone. “Listen, Richard. Destiny and our moon goddess are no fools. We did everything in our power to keep them apart. We tried to avoid this from everyone happening but it happened.” Joe said through his teeth. Joe didn’t appreciate Richards tone of voice. “My i***t son is on his way to get her. Do you know the danger he is in crossing the line to our enemies side?! Just to get to her!!!! You swore you would disappear! What happened?” King Richard yelled. “I’m not going to hurt my daughter. If he’s what she wants we won’t get in between. My wife and I tried to kept them apart but you knew better what the prophecy said! They would always find a way to each other no matter what. I’m not going to lose my daughter so I will go along with what ever she wants to do.” Joe simply hung up.

“I’m not ready to lose my son to a damn prophecy or a damn woman!” King Richard yelled.
