Tharn's POV:

Getting there on the waterfall, where the group is, I can't control myself from getting arousal, the scent of my mate lingering around the area, I run faster than I should, Wolfrik is freaking worried now.

As I reach the area, I saw my mate, sitting on a big rock half-naked, with just his boxer on. My eyes are wide and mindlink Techno why they allow him to be too exposed his body.

"He washes his body on the water, what do you think he will do? "

Annoyed by his answer, I stride my way fast, ignoring the eyes of his friends, and stand in front of my mate. He felt my presence, so he look at me and stand up.

I was stunned, I felt like my soul leave my body, he stand more than 6 feet in his human form I guess, a well build muscles, a mole in his chest, a neck that I want to mark here and now, moist lips.

I meet his eyes he just sternly looking at me, he walks down from the big rock he was sitting on.

"Are you done drooling at me? " he said, he never blink an eye, he just looks at me, his gaze is soft and warm, but it still sent a shiver through my spine.

I cleared my throat and look at Techno, who is waiting in a far corner, together with his mate.

I heaved a deep sigh, and look at him again.

"Can we talk? " I seriously look at him.

I motion him to follow me, he looks at his friends and signs them that he will be alright.

I bring him to the far corner of the falls, but I make sure that his friends can still see us. I face him, and again I was lost in words looking at him half-naked.

"Well! ?"

"This man! Once you realize our fate, I will punish you every night! " that's all in my thought. I take a deep breath and divert my gaze to the waterfall.

"I want you to tell me the truth! " I look at him, eye to eye, calculating the depth of each other's thought.

"Depends on what kind of truth you want to know! " he answered me, his gaze still fix on me. I lick my dry lips and I saw him gulp.

One point for me.

"I'm sure your wounded earlier, but Techno said they don't find any wounds in your body? " I know I have a low chance for him to trust me, but I wanted to unveil the mystery that lingering upon him.

"You mean, the man with my friend? " I nodded "I never saw you talking at him, how can you say he told you? " he is observant, he seems not to care about his surroundings but you can't fool him.

I need to be honest with him now, I don't know if I will ever see him again after this. That thought pained me.

"I will tell you the truth, can you promise you to do the same!? " making a deal with him is all I can do now.

"I don't compromise with a stranger! " he turned his back to me

"I am a wolf! " I said to him, but he take one step to leave.

"My eyes change color if I turned into one! " he continue walking. I take a deep breath it's now or never.

"And I am your future husband! " he halts his step and turns around to face me.

"Your eyes change color every time your emotion rises. You can heal your wound, only gifted wolves can do that, even if you deny it, I can feel that you feel connected to me, it's a bond between mates, your body reacted to me, I proved that on our encounter in the hotel last time! " I told him all that's in my mind.

It's haunting me every night, the way his body shakes when we lose touch that time, I know he can feel it.

He just stares at me, weighing each word that I said.

"I can help-.. " my words cut off when one of his friends approach us. Giving him a shirt to wear.

He looks back at me.

He takes a deep breath and proceeds to walk away.

I felt defeated.

But he halted halfway tilted his head to look at me.

"We are staying the night, can we talk again later? I'm hungry! " he didn't wait for my answer and walk away. I felt relieved. "s**t"

They were eating, but I can feel the death stare from his friends and the presence of my member around the area. We introduce ourselves to each other and as the man that we are we just nod to confirm the acceptance.

I glance at Type, my breath hitch when his eyes meet mine, then he looks away.

They decided to take the trail up to the camping cliff, Techno and Team are with us.

Techno is happily talking at his mate while Team is acting annoyed but you can see him smiling.

I wonder how they will progress, the fact that this human is unaware of their wolf existence and they can't smell each other's sweetness, only the bond and destiny can do a miracle.

As we reach the cliff, they set up their camping tent, and make a bonfire since it's already dark on this mountainside.

Sitting in a circle, Type takes his place beside me and that's what I wanted.

I'm just quite beside him, while his friends talk nonsense and laugh at any jokes.

"Type, we can sleep together since, Sarawat and Tine can't be separated "the man named is Dylan.

My ears heated up when I heard that, and I think that my mate felt it.

"You know that I don't sleep when we are outside right! " he answered glancing at me.

"Lucky me, I will sleep peacefully later, " Dylan said. Everyone laughed.

"What does he mean he didn't sleep when he is outside? " I ask myself

I saw Tine and Sarawat, having their moment babying chopper the dog. I saw Type looking up staring at the sky.

The moonlight illuminates the surroundings, it shines so brightly, it's calming. The mountain is quiet although I can hear the scouts loitering around the area.

Boat and Dylan ended up sleeping together in one tent, leaving Techno alone, I mindlink him and Team to just go back to the pack first to rest for tonight.

I feel their sadness when they live with their mates, but they can't do anything about it, they were humans they don't feel the same.

"We take a rest, I will wake up after three hours so that you can rest also! " his name is Sarawat, he may be quiet but he is deadly, I can smell it,

he helps Tine to fix the dog inside their tent to sleep with them.

"I'll go inside, wake me up if you get bored. " Win told him, glancing at me, I just nod at him, he pats Type on his shoulder.

We are alone now, he stands up and gets something in his bag. It's a dagger. He looks at me and walks to sit beside me again.

"Don't worry I will not use it to stab you! " I chuckled.

"I know! " I answer him, looking in his eyes.

He avoids my gaze and looks up again.

"Is it possible for humans to become a wolf? " he looks back at me, searching for an answer inside me.

"I've been having dreams and nightmares lately, a creature with red, golden eyes is chasing me, as I run I saw dead bodies all around me, and then I will fall too deep darkness, there I meet another creature, with crystal blue eyes, with white fur, it's telling me to set him free, and when I ask who he is he said he is me, I don't know, but what you said to me is true, my body change, all my senses heightened! "

Looking at him I can sense his frustration, he has a lot of questions on his mind, I mindlessly reach for his hand and hold it. He looks at it, and then at me.

"Do you think you can help me? " he asks me.

"Do you trust me? " I ask him back.

"We are connected you said, do you need to ask? " I feel his hand slip on my hold but I hold it firm.

"Yes, I need assurance! " this time I have to show my Alpha side.

"We are connected and yes I trust you! " and that's it.

I pulled him up, and guide him inside the forest, mind linking all the scouts to guard the area especially his friends who is sleeping.

I bring him to the inner part of the forest it's the back of the waterfall, and it's forbidden for humans. He just follows me holding my hand.

"I will show Wolfrik to you, and whatever you felt, just stay where you are, don't ever move, you understand? " our face is just inches away, I'm tempted to devour his lips but I control myself.

He just looking at me, waiting for my next move.

I show him my eyes, and I saw how surprised he was. I transformed into a wolf, and he move backward, on his hand is a dagger. He's breathing heavily, I can feel his fear but I can feel his amazement also.

I transform back to my human, now I am fully naked in front of him, the moonlight is shining

above us.

His eyes travel from my eyes down to my body, and back to my face again, he looks away when he realizes that I have no clothes on.

"Type! " I called his name but he didn't look back.

"Let's go back now! " he said. He slid back the dagger on his side.

I grab his hand and turn him around to face me when he tries to walk away again, our body connected, face inches away, he stares at me.

"What are you planning to do? " he said, his breath playing my nostril, his smell makes my wolf go crazy.

I grab his nape and pull him closer, connecting our lips, it didn't move, it just stay like that, touching each other, but not in rhythm.

He opens his eyes to meet mine, but I don't let go of his lips, slowly his eyes turn to crystal blue, heat crawled up on our body and without noticing it, we closed our eyes together, and move our lips to the rhythm of our hearts.

Under the moonlight, I let him feel my warmth, as he slowly feel the crackling of his bones.
