CHAPTER 15
There were a lot of things about dating after having kids that made Connor find the whole thing…kinda unsexy.
First off, there was coordinating the babysitter situation. He needed someone who could take a joke, not take any of the twins’ bullshit, and preferably, had yet to meet them so he or she wouldn’t understand the level of bullshit he or she might be dealing with.
Fortunately for him, he hadn’t been entirely truthful with Britton about his childcare situation. Yeah, he couldn’t hire a full-time nanny, but he did know an amazing grad school student who was sometimes available to babysit during semester breaks and thought the twins were funny.
And she’s still taking my calls, he thought with relief when Emma answered her cell.
