He’s getting married?
Zian scoffed bitterly as slumped his back against his leather couch. His hand trembled as he held the letter in his hand. He was quiet, holding onto what’s left of his heart he tried to salvage from being totally broken.
“I’ll be fine… I’ll be fine…” Zian eventually consoled himself, closing his eyes and uttering the same mantra when he’s in emotional turmoil.
It’s been ten years. Of course, the man he loved would be married by now if not sooner. Zian cursed at himself for thinking otherwise. What was he hoping for? That Alden would continue his habit of changing girlfriends and not settle down?
